The Company is not liable for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems, or traffic congestion on the Internet/Mobile network or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from using the Platform.

• tatapart.com accepts payments from international cards but delivers only within the territory of India. Orders with delivery addresses outside of India will be canceled and refunded, withholding 5% of the received amount.

Recommendations

tatapart may recommend some aftermarket or replacement car parts via automatic selection based on data provided by data providers. If a spare part is wrongly recommended, please send it back with a description of the mistake.

• The Platform is not responsible for wrong identification made by the Buyer, and the Seller is not liable to take the product sold back.
• Anyone is welcome to contribute by sending feedback about any mistakes found, such as missing configurations of cars, compatibility of spare parts, or wrong descriptions, etc.
